A letter to a woman we lost!
To my aunt Doris,
I remember,
I remember when you told me I couldn’t remember that.
I remember when I was young in your pool you would tell me I couldn’t get in yet because I just ate. I thought it had sharks in it and you talked me out of believing it. I remember being forced to stand out side the screen door to you patio because I needed to digest. I remember the slugs in your pool shed when I was changing. I remember our dice games oh how I will miss them. I remember how you said my memory is like no other! I remember all those apple pies, even the time you made uncle edd take me to get apples just to make it, he was upset he had to but he did it for us!! I remember when you told Eddie to let me play with his tin of legos he wasn’t so happy ether! But I still remember! As for me all of these things were memorable, so I will always remember you!
