Doris G Vaughn
(nee Hill) passed away peacefully on November 7, 2016 at the Cinnaminson Center. Born in Cinnaminson, Doris was 93 years old. She was a resident of Moorestown since 1994 and formerly lived in Chesilhurst, NJ. Doris was the daughter of Noah and Sarah Hill and beloved wife of the late Simon Vaughn. Loving aunt of Fred (Doreen) Hill, Kenny (Charlotte) Hill, Bob Hill, Beverly (Franklin) Gosnell, Dawn (Louis Searless) McGruder and Pauline (Clarence) Harvey. Also surviving are numerous great nieces and nephews. Doris was quite proud that she worked at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard during WWII. And she was a retired housekeeper. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Doris’ Life Celebration and viewing Saturday, November 12th, from 9-11 a.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North.
