Dorothy DiRaimondi's Obituary
Dorothy DiRaimondi (nee Kissell), 85, of Maple Shade, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on August 6, 2022. Loving wife to Charles DiRaimondi, Jr. for 67 years. Beloved mother to Louise Haines (Harold), Teresa Hassett (Stephen) and Charles DiRaimondi III. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Kathryn DiRaimondi. Devoted Mom Mom to 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
“Dot” was a longtime employee at JCPenney, Cherry Hill, NJ, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Dot was a proud “2 Streeter” and never missed watching the Mummers Parade on New Year’s Day.
A gathering of friends and family will be held Monday, August 15, 2022, from 9am-11am at Givnish Funeral Home of Maple Shade, 600 E Main Street, Maple Shade, NJ. Interment to follow at Locustwood Cemetery, 1500 Marlton Pike W, Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dorothy’s name can be made to Compassus Hospice, 4390 Rte 130 N, Suite A, Willingboro, NJ 08046.
