Dorothy Porter's Obituary
Dorothy "Dot" H. Porter (nee Perkins) passed away peacefully on September 7, 2015 at the Masonic Home of Burlington. Born in Philadelphia, Dot was 80 years old and was a long time resident of Willingboro, NJ., a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post and the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Post #3020 of Delran. She was a member of the Saint Paul United Methodist Church in Willingboro, NJ since 1965. Beloved wife of 46 years to the late Harry Porter. Loving sister of Robert Perkins, aunt of John (Judy) Keane and devoted great aunt of Holly (Jim) McConville. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Dot's Life Celebration and viewing Thursday Eve 6-8 p.m. and Friday 10-11 a.m. at Saint Paul's United Methodist Church, 201 Levitt Parkway, Willingboro, NJ 08046. Her Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. on Friday. Interment will take place at NJ Veteran's Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Saint Paul's UM Church, Capital Improvement Fund, 201 Levitt Parkway, Willingboro, NJ 08046.
