Dorothy Stanton's Obituary
Dorothy Stanton, 95, of Cinnaminson, NJ, passed away peacefully at her home on March 19, 2021 with her daughters at her side. Loving wife to the late Donald W. Stanton for 54 years. Cherished mother to Veronika "Ronni" Holbrook (Michael) of Arizona and Margaret “Peggy” Payton (Dave) of Cinnaminson. Beloved grandmother to William Johnston and Tyler Payton.
While her wonderful husband, Don, was still with us, Dot (as she was called by family and friends) loved spending time in Arizona with her daughter, Ronni, and time at the Jersey Shore with her daughter, Peggy. Dot and Don traveled to many other beautiful destinations as well. Most of all, they enjoyed each other’s company and loved living their life together to the fullest. Their loving spirits have been reunited at last.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Friday, March 26th at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North, from 8:30am to 10:00am. Her funeral mass will follow at 10:30am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Cinnaminson. Her funeral mass will be live streamed on the following link: https://my.gather.app/remember/dorothy-stanton. Entombment and eulogies will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Association, Alz.org
