Edna C. Whener's Obituary
Edna C. Whener (nee Eckstein) passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, with her family at her side. Born in Philadelphia to Harold S. and Caroline M. Eckstein, Edna was 89 years old. Beloved wife of 69 years to the late Raymond W. Whener who passed away on June 28, 2021.
Loving mother of Raymond (Theresa) Whener, Stephen Whener and Eileen (John) Barry. Cherished Grammy to Stephen (Lisa), Anthony (Courtney), Megan (Kevin), Sean (Laura), Shannon and R.J. Great Grammy to Grace, Grayson, Ellie and Sammi. Sister of Margaret Eckstein, Janet Eckstein, Alice Cymbor and the late Harold Eckstein.
Edna also enjoyed reading, church activities and especially spending time with her family and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday, November 17th, from 10 a.m to 11 a.m. at Givnish of Marlton, 398 East Main Street Marlton NJ 08053.
Her Funeral Service will follow at 11a.m.
