Edward G. Carideo Sr.'s Obituary
Edward G. Carideo, Sr. passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 (Veteran’s Day). Born in Philadelphia, Ed was 83 years old and a resident of Cinnaminson since 1968.
He was graduate of St. Thomas Moore High School and St. Josephs University in Philadelphia.
He proudly served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean War.
A devout Catholic, Ed was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church of Cinnaminson, NJ.
Beloved husband for 50 years to the late Sally (nee Begley). Loving father of Edward G. Jr. (Deborah), Michael C. (Melissa), Cynthia A. Houseman (Dennis), Jennifer M. Carideo, Elizabeth A. Lorusso (Thomas), Kara J. Carideo, Matthew L. (Teri) and Daniel B. Carideo.
Grandfather of Andrew, Sean, Erica, Brandon, Haley, Griffin, Devin, Killian, Danen, Calla, Matthew and Christina Elyse.
Predeceased by his siblings; Louis, Esther O'Brien and Annabelle Naumann.
Friends and relatives are invited to Ed’s Life Celebration and viewings Sunday Eve 7-9 p.m. and Monday 9-10 a.m. at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Rte 130 North. His Liturgy Mass will follow 10:30 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church 2500 Branch Pike, Cinnaminson, NJ. Entombment, with Military Honors, will take place in Lakeview Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Franciscan Sisters of Atonement, 41 Old Highland Turnpike, Garrison, NY 10524.
