Edwin H. Miles' Obituary
Cherry Hill – Edwin H. Miles, 58, of Cherry Hill passed away suddenly after a long illness on Tuesday, June 1. Originally from Gibbsboro, Ed was a retired driver for the Courier Post Newspaper, following a career of many years as a talented arborist with Bartlett Tree Service, Asplundh, and his own Cougar Tree Service. Much-loved husband of Sheryl Faust Miles; proud father of his cherished daughter, Jenna Miles; and dear brother of Victor E. Miles Jr.; he is also survived by granddaughter Raylee, stepmother Bobbie Miles, nieces, cousins, and Aunt Edna and Uncle Ed Garcia of Mystic, Connecticut. He is predeceased by his beloved parents, Victor E. Miles Sr. and Judith (Sigmund) Miles, and sister Donna (Miles) Bean.
Ed loved animals and nature, including several dogs and cats which he cared for with great affection, as well as the many trees he had trimmed and beautified over the years throughout South Jersey. In addition, Ed valued the many friendships he formed early in life, growing up in Gibbsboro, and made new friends easily due his great sense of humor and joy of life.
The family is having a private cremation.
