Elaine Retzko's Obituary
Elaine Marie Retzko nee Horan, 95, of Cinnaminson, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 in Mount Laurel, NJ.
Visitation will be held from 6 – 8 pm on Thursday, December 8th, and 9 – 10 am on Friday, December 9th at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am, December 9th at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 2500 Branch Pike (corner of Pomona Road and Branch Pike), Cinnaminson, NJ. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, Route 130 North, Cinnaminson.
Elaine was born Riverside, NJ to Marie and James Horan on January 4, 1921. She worked at Riverside Metal Works alongside Fred, whom she married on October 24, 1942 before his leaving to serve in World War II. She also worked in administrative and retail positions and as a key punch operator while raising their family.
Elaine is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her grandson, Michael Fredrick Retzko.
Elaine is survived by her sister, Mara Schwenk of Hatfield PA, children David and Rosemarie Retzko of Riverside, NJ, Sally and Ted Trevorrow of Chadds Ford, PA, Rick and Barbara Retzko of Bernardsville, NJ and Christopher Retzko and Louis Brancale of Wall, NJ and her grandchildren Jennifer and Anthony Verrilli, Michael and Colette Retzko, Ted Trevorrow and Vicki Ventura, Greg Trevorrow and her great-grandchildren Juliana and Gabriela Verrilli, and Dante and Michael Retzko.
Memorials may be given to Cinnaminson Library, 1619 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson NJ 08077.
