Elbert A. West passed away suddenly on November 8, 2016. Loving husband to Sharon West (nee Carey). Dear father to Christopher West (Denise), Amber Siciliano (Franco) and Kimberly Scavello (Peter). Brother to Helene Moore (William). Grandfather to Sophia, Mason, Carly, Cole, and Scarlett. Uncle to Billy Moore Jr and Heather Dempsey (Scott). Great uncle to Abbey.
