Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Hines' Obituary
Elizabeth “Betty” Hines, of Burlington, NJ, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2021. Loving wife to the late Leon Hines for 26 years. Dear mother to Joanne E. Perry (Al), Margaret “Peggy” Bowers (Edward “Ted”), Robert Glenn (Evie), Janine Hoffman (James), the late James Hines (Susan), the late Richard Hines, and the late Charles Hines (Terri). Grandmother to 12 and great grandmother to many beloved.
Betty was the ultimate cafeteria lady, cook and later became the manager of all the cafeterias in Burlington Township schools. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Burlington.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Thursday, May 20th at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm with her memorial service starting at 1:00pm. Her memorial service will be live streamed on the following link, https://my.gather.app/family/elizabeth-hines. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society, Cancer.org.
