Elizabeth Finnegan's Obituary
Elizabeth “Betty” Finnegan (nee Capcino) passed away on September 21, 2020. Born in Philadelphia to Gregory F. and Elizabeth D. Capcino, Betty was 81 years old. She was a resident of Maple Shade for 12 years and formerly lived in the Villas, NJ.
Beloved wife of the late Charles B. Finnegan.
Loving mother of Beth (Lynn) Angelone, Patricia (Tom) Finnegan, Sean (Jessica) Finnegan, the late Michael C. Finnegan and the late Charles J. Finnegan.
Cherished grandmother of Frank (Kelly), Megan (Patrick), Charles, Nicole (Dan), Collette, Cindy, Liz (John), Kristina (Tom), David, Michael, Kira and Gavin. Great grandmother of Frankie, Michael, Dakotah, Aaron, Rylan, Logan, Aubrey, Dylan, Jade, Miles and James.
Sister of Kathy Capcino-Altmire (Lou) and Anthony Capcino (Marjorie)
Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Betty enjoyed playing games on her iPad, putting together puzzles, watching Netflix, dancing and walking her dog, Alex. Betty loved going to the beach and swimming. Betty especially enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and watching her great grandchildren; Aubrey and Dylan.
Betty was a 1958 graduate of Hallahan High School.
She was employed as a Social Worker for Northeastern Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday, September 28th, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Givnish of Maple Shade 600 East Main Street. Her Funeral Mass will follow 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main St., Maple Shade.

Social distancing will be in effect, guests will be required to wear a facial covering.
