Elizabeth Galvin's Obituary
Elizabeth H. Galvin "Betty" (nee Hoff) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 surrounded by her family. Born in North Plainfield, NJ, Betty was 82 years old. She was a resident of Cinnaminson for 51 years and formerly of Princeton, NJ.
She enjoyed spending her summers in Avalon with her family and friends. Betty appreciated long drives and cherished lunches with her friends. She will be remembered by her infectious laughter especially with her three siblings; watching Jeopardy and her dark chocolates.
Beloved wife of the late Jerome F. Galvin, Jr. since 1955.
Loving mother of Jerome F. Galvin, III and his wife Karen Griffin Galvin, Margaret "Peggy" G. McHugh, Timothy M. Galvin and his wife Jeannie Loreaux Galvin, Jane E. Galvin and the late Christopher M. Galvin.
Loving and cherished grandmother of Daniel P. Galvin, Ryan M. Galvin, Timothy P. Galvin, John F. Galvin, Christopher N. Galvin, Michael G. McHugh, Sean P. McHugh, Cullen T. McHugh, Allison K. McHugh and great grandmother of Timothy J. Galvin and Michael P. Galvin.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Betty's Life Celebration and viewing Sunday Eve 5-8 p.m. and Monday Morning 9-10 a.m. Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, Riverton, NJ.
Interment will take place 1 p.m. at All Saints Cemetery, Wilmington, DE.
