Elsie Marie Bailey (nee Kramer), a resident of Palmyra, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2012. She was 82 years old. Elsie was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA
Elsie was the beloved wife of Charles ?Reds? Bailey for 61 years. Loving mother of Charles ?Chuck? of Palmyra, Robert of Parachute, CO, Thomas (Mary) of Tabernacle, and Michael of Fairbanks, AK, dear grandmother of Hannah Marie and Rachel, cherished sister of Marie Tanish, dear aunt to Carol Martin, Linda DePiero, Janet Tanish and Connie Maher, and sister-in-law to Norman G. Bailey and Frank G. Bailey.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Life Celebration gathering on Thursday, December 13, from 11 am to 12 noon.
