Ernesto was born in Quezon City, Philippines, on April 11th, 1956, to the late Jose Orillano Sr. and the late Leoncia Buhayo. Devoted husband to Belen Manalo Orillano. Beloved father to Laurice Ann (Ronwaldo), Carlo (Thristine), and Paolo (Mary Andrei). Loving brother to Oscar Orillano, Susan Orillano Gapultos (Mamerto), Liza Orillano Stone (Jerome), and the late Jose Orillano Jr. Cherished grandfather to his seven grandchildren.
