Erwin "Hans" Nebel's Obituary
With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of Erwin "Hans" Nebel, who completed his earthly journey at the age of 90 on August 5, 2024, in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Hans was born to this world on February 9, 1934, in Philadelphia, PA, and throughout his 90 years, he led a life marked by kindness, caring, and love for his family and friends.
Hans's memory will be cherished and kept alive by those who knew him during his life. He is survived by his wife, Elynor Pohar, his oldest daughter, Kathy Crawford, and her husband, Rob Crawford. His youngest daughter, Kris Cotrone, and her husband, Al Cotrone. His grandchildren are Alyssa Robishaw, her husband Steve Robishaw; Kaitlin Buono, her husband Matt Buono; Allie Hiatt, her husband Zach Hiatt; Deanna Phillips, Samantha Stucky, and Ella Stucky. His great-grandchildren Benjamin & Violet Robishaw and Sophia & Lilianna Buono.
His legacy of dedication to family and friends, hard work, humor, and compassion has left an indelible mark on all our lives. While we mourn his departure, we also take solace in the joy he brought to us and the peaceful rest he has now found.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Hans and Elynor's home on Oct. 4th from 6:00 to 8:30 for family and friends and on Oct. 5th from 2:00 to 6:00 PM for immediate family.
