Ethel M. Dean's Obituary
Ethel M. Dean (nee Butler) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at Care One of Moorestown, NJ.
Born in Woodbury, NJ to Frank and Jennie Tamminen Butler. Ethel was 79 years old. She was a resident of Cinnaminson and formerly lived in Delanco. Beloved wife of 45 years to James L. Dean, who had passed in 2006. Loving mother of Krystine (Thelton Deone) Lee, Kimberly (Robert Lindsey) Miller, Kaylee (Robert) Krogulski and the late Kenneth Dean. Cherished grandmother of Anthony (Sophi) Miller, Zakary Miller and Nicole Sisson & great grandmother of Alexander Miller, Itali & Amani Lewis.
Ethel was the last surviving sibling of six brothers, Robert, Edward, James, Lewis, Roger & David. She was formerly employed as a fundraiser for The Masonic Home of Burlington and the Presbyterian Homes in Princeton.
In her spare time, Ethel enjoyed traveling, gardening, walking, going to the horse racetrack & Kendall Jackson. Ethel & Jim enjoyed entertaining and everyone loved the progressive dinners & champagne brunches around the holidays!
A memorial service will be held September 19th at 11:00am at Dobbins Methodist Church, Union Avenue in Delanco, NJ followed by a gathering at the Sweetwater Clubhouse, 1200 Sweetwater Dr., Cinnaminson NJ
