Eugene "Gene" T. Duffy's Obituary
Eugene T. “Gene” Duffy of Cinnaminson, NJ died peacefully with his family at his side in Mt Holly, NJ, age 70 years. Beloved husband of the late Joyce E. Duffy and the late Joan Duffy. Dear brother of Maureen (the late Bernard) McGuigan, Betty (the late Jack) Hallinan and Joseph (Trudy) Duffy. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Gene was a butcher at various Philadelphia and South Jersey supermarkets and he also instructed novice butchers in the trade. He served in the Army National Guard in New Jersey. Relatives and Friends are invited to Gene’s Life Celebration and visitation Thursday 10-11 a.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church 2618 New Albany Road Cinnaminson, NJ 08077. His Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment at Lakeview Memorial Park. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Samaritan Health Care & Hospice 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053 and/or Covenant Presbyterian Church.
