Francis A. Lihotz's Obituary
Francis “Frank” A. Lihotz passed away unexpectedly on February 18, 2021 at home in Cinnaminson. Born in Philadelphia to Charles and Marie Lihotz, Frank was 94 years old.
Beloved husband of Gloria V. (nee Puya) for 67 years. Loving father of Francis R. (Kathryn) Lihotz, Marie E. (Louis Procacci) Lihotz, Lynne A. Lihotz and Jeanne L. Lihotz. Cherished grandfather of Christina Procacci (Anthony Tolentino), John Lihotz and Joseph Procacci (Amanda). Great grandfather of Zoey, Greta and Vincenzo. Loving uncle of Jofi, Nisa and Meesha. Frank’s siblings Albert, Marie, and Raymond predeceased him.
Frank proudly served his country in the US Army then received his bachelor’s degree from LaSalle University. As an electrical engineer he designed many lighting projects including the Ben Franklin Parkway for the Bicentennial and the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Frank known as “Mr. Fixit” could repair anything. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and painting. He was a faithful parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo and a Cinnaminson resident for 60 years.
A private gathering of family will be followed by interment, with Military Honors, at Lakeview Memorial Park.
