Francis M. Moser, affectionately known as Frank to those who knew and loved him, passed away peacefully at his home on July 14, 2024. Born in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Gustave and Mary (nee Jones) Moser, he was 67 years old. Read Obituary
My deepest condolences to all of Frank’s family and friends. I was fortunate enough to have worked with Frank for over 20 years, starting at Stone & Webster and beyond. He was a brilliant programmer and the “go to guy” for everyone who had any computer issues or problems, was infinitely patient, and was never too busy to help anyone in need. Frank also had a knack for bringing people together which was evident if you were lucky enough to be invited to one of our yearly Christmas dinners - oh the fun we had over the years! But the most important thing to Frank was his family. He was married to the love of his life Noreen, was so deeply proud of his children Frankie and Marisa, and he would move heaven and earth to make them happy. Slan go foill my dear friend.
Everything I know about the Philadelphia Eagles was from Frank's stories. He often shared happy memories of going to Eagles games with his son, family and good friends. I admired how proud he was of Frank and Marisa. Frank was brilliant software developer and hard worker. He will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace flying with his Eagles.
