So sorry to hear of Frank's passing! we lost touch and I feel terrible, besides being a great vendor to us (NYC DOF) he became my friend and he used to always come to visit even though I did not have any business to give him like years past, we would talk about family and sports, politics, and everything else! he was a true gentleman and I will miss him!

I’ve known Frank for 50 years. It’s common to say “they are at peace and in a better place” when someone passes. In this case it is very appropriate after more than a year of his suffering. My condolences to his family and friends. I will miss him.
