Frank E. passed away on April 10th at the age of 80. Beloved son of the late Charles and Dorothea Eller. Brother of Dorothea 'Dot' Milligan and Richard Eller. Frank is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Frank will be buried at Locustwood Memorial Park.
