Frank A. Scaricaciottoli Jr.'s Obituary
Frank A. Scaricaciottoli Jr., known to many by his nickname, “Bud,” or “Buddy,” of Cinnaminson, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on July 29, 2025, at the age of 74. Born and raised in South Philadelphia, he was the beloved son of the late Frank and Theresa (née Fera) Scaricaciottoli.
Frank was the devoted husband of Mary M. (née Paul) for 55 loving years. He was the cherished father of Nicole MacNair (Randy), Ryan Scaricaciottoli (Kim), and Paula Norcross (Joe), and the late Mary Scaricaciottoli, who passed in 2016.
Affectionately known as "Pop Pop," Frank was adored by his grandchildren: Cody MacNair (Haley), Brenna MacNair, Payton MacNair, Zara MacNair, Ryan Scaricaciottoli, Brianna Scaricaciottoli, Gianna Scaricaciottoli, Jordyn Norcross, and Dominic Norcross. He was also the proud great-grandfather of Charlotte “Charlie,” who brought him immense joy and was “the love of his life.”
Frank was the oldest of 3 siblings. He was “big brother” to Rick Scaricaciottoli (Linda) and Randy Scaricaciottoli (Kathy). He was affectionately known as “Uncle Buddy,” to their children.
Frank was a dedicated high-rise union carpenter, beginning his career in 1969. Over the decades, he worked for Local Union 1050, leaving a lasting legacy through his craftsmanship and work ethic.
Frank was an avid outdoorsman and frequented bird watcher. He was known to spend time at many local nature centers to hike and was intent on preservation of wildlife. He loved taking trips and vacations with his family, especially to spend time on the beach together. He would give anything to ensure his family was together as often as he could.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North, Sunday, August 3rd from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and on Monday, August 4th from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Parish, 2500 Branch Pike, Cinnaminson, NJ. Frank will be laid to rest at Lakeview Memorial Park Mausoleum, 1300 Route 130 North, Cinnaminson, NJ.
Frank's memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
