Garry James Savage
April 2, 1988 – January 5, 2025
Garry James Savage, 36, of Irvine, CA, and formerly of Southampton, NJ, passed away suddenly on January 5, 2025. Born in Woodbury, NJ, on April 2, 1988, Garry was the cherished son of Liesha and Phillip Getson and a devoted father to Wyatt Lee Bartlett-Savage, who was the light of his life.
Garry’s warmth, sense of humor, and kind-hearted nature left an indelible mark on all who knew him. He was passionate about sports and was a gifted natural athlete. He was a 4-handicap golfer as well as an enthusiastic Frisbee player. He was known for his contagious laugh and for his ability to make others laugh along with him. Garry’s greatest joy came from spending time with his son, family, and friends, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
He will be deeply missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who were touched by his generosity, humor, and love for life.
A gathering of family and friends will take place on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Givnish of Marlton, located at 398 E. Main Street. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, followed by a Life Celebration Service beginning at 2:30 PM.
