Gloria Sue Kramer ‘Sue’ a resident of Palmyra passed away on Saturday, February 27th after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 56. Sue is the wife of William E. Kramer Jr. Loving mother of Kelley O’Neill (Patrick) and Mom-Mom of Ella Sue O’Neill. Daughter of the late Howard and Gloria Sue (Cianfrani) Mingin. Sister of Robert Mingin, Patricia Mingin, Ronnie Mingin, John McKeown, Marlene Byrd, Mike McKeown and the late James McKeown and Carol Pankey. Sue is also survived by cousin Bruce Rodman (Nancy) and her aunt Polly Rodman. Services and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in Sue’s name may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice 248 East Chestnut Hill Rd, Newark, DE 19713.
