Grace Cecilia Ross' Obituary
Grace Cecilia Ross, age 76, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2025, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She was born on May 29, 1948, in Long Branch, New Jersey, to Raymond and Margaret (Hogan) McCue. She was a 1966 graduate of Red Bank Catholic High School. On June 8, 1968, Grace married the love of her life, Gregory Ross. Together they built a beautiful life, first raising their children in New Jersey and then retiring to Florida. Grace had an infectious smile and made friends wherever she went. She was a light to all who knew and loved her. Known to her grandchildren as “GG”, Grace loved being a grandmother and took every opportunity to spend time with them sharing advice and laughter.
Grace is survived by her husband, Gregory; her daughter Stacy Allen (with husband Dave) and her son Brian Ross (with wife Karen); her grandchildren, Sean (with wife Brittany), Trevor and Amanda Allen, Kayla, Shane and Brynne Ross; and great-granddaughter Evelyn Jane Allen. Grace is also survived by her siblings Eileen Strand (with husband Greg), Brenda McCue and Paul McCue (with wife Kathy) and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, her brother Raymond McCue Jr., sister Anita McCue and brother Peter McCue.
A Celebration of Grace’s Life with services will be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel, Moorestown NJ on May 29th, 2025. Visitation will be from 9:30-11:00 am EST, followed by Mass at 11:00am EST. Mass will also be livestreamed at this link: https://www.olgcnj.org/live-stream
