Guido Anthony Verdecchio's Obituary
Guido Anthony Verdecchio, 92, long time resident of Maple Shade passed away with his family by his side on November 29, 2018.
Guido A. Verdecchio was a proud member of the longstanding Bricklayer’s Union Local #1 established in 1790 based in Philadelphia. Guido was a Navy WWII Veteran in which he defended our country in the Pacific Theater.
Guido A. Verdecchio was a loving husband to his wife of 60 years, Marie Verdecchio, until her passing in 2007. Guido is survived by his five children Tom Verdecchio(Janice), Kathy Anderson(Barry Frank), Maria Chambers(Donald), Antoinette Davis(David), Guido Verdecchio(Lisa). He was a caring grandfather to his nine grandchildren Renee Smith(Will); Niki Anderson; Donald and Brittany Chambers; Lauren Day(Shaun), (late) David Lloyd Davis III, and (late) Rachel Nicole Davis; Dana and Michael Verdechhio. Guido was also a great-grandfather to Addison Nicole Day and Liam David Day.
A gathering of family and friends for Guido Anthony Verdecchio will be held on Monday December 3, 2018 from 7pm-9pm and again on Tuesday December 4, 2018 from 9am-10am at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 East main Street Maple Shade, NJ 08052. On Tuesday morning following the visitation a funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 East Main Street Maple Shade NJ 08052 starting at 10:30am.
