Harry wasn't just my dear friend's husband - he, too, was my dear friend and had been for 45+ years. My heart breaks knowing he is gone and I can't say goodbye. I can't find appropriate words to express my condolences adequately, so I'll just say this: Cindy, you will never be alone as long as you have your wonderful kids and as long as you have us, your friends. We will be here for you whenever you want us and even when you don't.
Stephanie and Dave, I know that you are also mourning the loss of your beloved dad, but I know you are strong. So, hang in there. All of you are in my prayers now and for as long as I live.

Harry was my mentor at Graybar Electric , He was a true salesman , Always putting the customer first . He practiced what he preached , working long hours and tirelessly on behalf of his customers /co-workers. He was always a gentleman no matter how tough the predicament , never getting angry but figuring out ways to keep the customers happy and coming back to Graybar . I have spent 28 years of my life at Graybar and Harry was always coaching me in the art of SALES. He also was a true Catholic FAMILY man always conversing about his wife,children , FRED, and his Church life . He loved to tell stories of their trials & tribulations . The world was a better place with Harry in it , I will truly miss him and i'm sure many other people feel the same . And if God needs some LED lights for Heaven i'm sure Harry is discussing it with him right now. God Bless , Jim Deegan --your Graybar brother forever.

The only words I can express to you is how sad I am your Harry was a good man!
I also want you to tell you about my Jim when his nurse thought he did not have much time left and wanted us to rush to the hospital, but then there was another day
and with tears in her eye to say to my Son & I -
I GUESS GOD DID NOT HAVE HIS ROOM READY -
I felt those words were comforting!
