I am only now learning of Jim's passing so I hope the family is still able to receive messages. I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences. Jim hired me as an assistant back in 1998 on the PSFS project and to date he is the reason I fell in love with the construction business and why I've made it my career. I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. He was truly loved and will be surely missed. I remember all the wonderful desserts at the bakery in Taunton Village Shopping Center. They were delicious!

Have known Jim since we were teenagers in OC and Chris when he came into the picture. His suffering and passing will always leave a hole in my and our hearts.
We spent many summers, weekends and days in OC, a month in Boca Grande Fl for many years as well as Vero Beach in the more recent years. A wonderful Viking trip from Amsterdam to Budapest was a great and memorable time for all.
Jim was patient, tenacious, always willing to lend a hand or jump up and check out something if a problem occurred. His smile will always remain in our minds. I will really miss my crossword buddy as we passed the puzzle back and forth until we couldn’t go any further and looked up the answers and laughed like hell or groaned at the answer.
Maureen always organized and working right along side of Jim in ALL endeavors.
He will be missed beyond words.
Know he is “safely home” and listening to rock and roll with the angels!

Our hearts are heavy for Maureen and the family. We loved getting together , either when we visited OC NJ or when Maureen & Jim would visit on their way to south Florida. Their visit this past Jan was great, good times, good food and plenty of laughs but also difficult knowing the battle they both were facing together. And together, smiling, supportive they remained. Our friendship started over 39 years ago while working together for Turner where Jim's extraordinary engineering skills and detailed planning were always the ingredients for a successful project. Jim blessed Gail with part of his other skill, a baker, when he passed on many of the family baking recipes last year. Jim was kind, patient, confident and humorous, a loving family man and great grand pop to Emma. We miss you Jim
