James B. Callahan Jr.'s Obituary
James B. Callahan, Jr. passed away peacefully on Friday, August 19, 2022 in Florida. Jim was a resident of Jensen Beach, FL and formerly lived in Moorestown, NJ. Born in 1954 to James B. and Joan Callahan, Jim was 68 years old.
Loving father of James B. Callahan III, Jennifer Callahan and Bridget Callahan. Dear son of Joan and the late James B. Callahan, Sr. Brother of Nancy Walsh, Kathleen Shetler, John G. Callahan, Joseph A. Callahan and the late Patricia Callahan. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Beloved Grandfather of Taylor, Cooper, James and Shane.
When not in Florida, Jim enjoyed spending time with his friends and family in Strathmere.
Jim enjoyed fishing, coaching his children’s sports teams and all Philadelphia sports, especially the Philadelphia Eagles. Go Birds!
A memorial mass will be held at 11 AM this Thursday, September 1st, at Sacred Heart Church 103 4th Street Riverton, NJ.
Inurnment will be private at the family’s convenience.
