Oh no..I was so sad to hear the news of Jim's passing. I have SO MANY lovely memories of working with both Jim and Pam - educating the folks at hospitals about organ donation. There was NO BETTER presentation with more impact. Wishing Jim's loved ones peace and comfort as they cope with this loss.
Jim was always the face of organ donation, transplantation and TRIO. As the former Director of Special projects of TRIO I spent many hours with Jim on strategies and implementation of projects but no where near the level of Jim. Besides the 'business' at hand, Jim shared with me his love of his exotic and calming fish and beautiful display tank. I always knew he was a unique and special person. We, in the transplant community, will do our best to carry on his great work, dedication and caring and will always remember him.
