James Joseph McBride III's Obituary
James Joseph McBride III, of Moorestown, NJ, passed away on April 20, 2026. Born in Philadelphia, PA on August 30, 1969, he was 56 years old and was raised in Marlton, NJ.
He was the beloved son of James Joseph McBride Jr. and Kathryn McBride (nee Schuster); devoted husband of Michelle McBride (nee Panciera); and loving father of Julia Nicole and Jessica Rose McBride, whom he adored. He was the dear brother of Donna Giuffrida (Fred) and Kim Millilo (Rick), and cherished son-in-law of Rose Marrone. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends, and colleagues who will miss him deeply.
Jim was a classy, driven, and highly respected professional who built a successful career in finance and investments. He cultivated a vast network of colleagues and was an integral part of his professional community. Known for his sharp sense of humor and easygoing nature, he made lasting impressions wherever he went.
Above all, Jim was a devoted family man. He was dependable, loyal, and deeply committed to those he loved. He faced his illness with remarkable strength and resilience, remaining optimistic and inspirational throughout—truly a warrior in every sense.
Jim was a man of unwavering faith who found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved to travel, and enjoyed playing tennis, pickleball, and golf. He also took great pride in gardening and cooking, approaching each hobby with genuine passion and enthusiasm.
His legacy of love, strength, and dedication to family will live on in all who knew him.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Monday evening, April 27th, from 6 – 8 pm at Givnish of Marlton, 398 East Main Street. His funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 28th, at 11 am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, 42 W. Main Street, Moorestown, followed by interment in Jesus, Bread of Life Cemetery, 3055 Fostertown Road, Mount Laurel, NJ.
