James S. "Jimmy" Schaller's Obituary
James S. Schaller, affectionately known as Jimmy to those who knew and loved him, passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side. Jimmy was born in Camden, and spent most of his life in Maple Shade, NJ. Born to the late Sigmund James and Mary Rose Schaller, he was 61 years old.
Jimmy was the beloved husband of Ann (Guy) Schaller for 39 years; loving father of Rebecca Patzek (Dan) and Meghan Blanchard (D.C.); cherished Pop Pop of Vivian, Norah, Doc, Jameson, and Eamon; dear brother of Michael Schaller (Claire), Eileen Schaller, the late Mary Williams and the late Thomas Schaller; adoring uncle of Douglas, Tina, Teri, Nikki, Mary, Tommy, Michael, Olivia, and Ryan. Jimmy is also survived by many other extended family members and great friends who will miss his sense of humor and wit.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 East Main Street, on Friday evening, September 3rd, from 5 pm to 8 pm, and Saturday morning, September 4th, from 9 am to 11 am. Eulogies for Jimmy will begin at 11 am, followed by a graveside prayer service at 12:30 pm at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3301 W. Cheltenham Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.
