Jean D. Crescenzi
Passed away peacefully on Monday, March 31, 2014, at her residence in Cinnaminson surrounded by her loving family. Born in Philadelphia, Jean was 78 years old and a resident of Cinnaminson since 1971.
Jean received a bachelors degree from St. Joseph’s University and masters degrees from Temple and Rutgers universities.
Jean was employed by Rutgers University in Camden for 30 years where she was a librarian. After retirement, Jean volunteered her time at Camden Historical Society and Friends of Cinnaminson Library.
She enjoyed traveling all over the world.
Beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (nee DiMedio) Crescenzi, and sister of the late Michael Crescenzi, Jean is survived by her sister Rose "Dolly" Giordano and her loving niece Deborah Giordano, nephew Michael Giordano and her great niece Gabrielle.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jean’s Life Celebration and Viewing Saturday, April 5th, from 9-10:15 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Branch Pike & Pomona Rd, Cinnaminson, NJ. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. Interment Lakeview Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to “The Joseph Fund” (c/o Msgr Robert McDermott), 2904 Federal St, Camden, NJ, 08105.
