Jeffrey Neil Barley's Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Neil Barley on February 27, 2024. A man of great passion and love, Jeffrey's legacy is one of family, friendship, and the great outdoors.
Jeffrey leaves behind his devoted children, Samantha Lynn Barley and Jeffrey Joseph Barley. He was a proud grandfather to Jason Dean Wallace Jr., who he loved dearly, the beloved son of Samantha. His legacy also lives on through his cherished daughter-in-law, Debrah Lynn Peters, his caring sisters, Janice Lynn Dare and Johann Mitchell, and his adored nieces and nephews, Michael Dare, Lisa Romeo, and Jennifer Barley Orsino (her husband Alfred Orsino).
He joins in peace his late parents, George Edwin Barley and Elizabeth Barley; his brother, Michael Eric "Rick" Barley; and his dear wife, Denise Barley, whose memories and love remain a guiding light for the family.
Jeffrey's life was a vivid tapestry woven with his passions for hunting, trapping, fishing, and the thrill of racing. His love for motorcycles, cars, and mechanics spoke of a man who cherished the journey as much as the destination. An animal lover at heart, Jeffrey dedicated himself to rescuing and rehabilitating wildlife, embodying his deep respect for all living beings. His green thumb brought life to his gardens, where he found joy in the simple pleasure of watching things grow.
As we gather to remember Jeffrey, we celebrate a life lived with zest, kindness, and a generous spirit. A memorial service will be held in his honor, where family and friends are invited to share in the celebration of his life and the memories that bind us.
Jeffrey's departure leaves a void in our hearts, but his spirit will forever inspire us to live fully and love deeply. Rest in peace, dear Jeffrey, until we meet again.
