Our deepest sympathy to Ed, Edward, Pat and Beverly. We were neighbors in the early 70's and had such a wonderful relationship with the Haines family. So sorry for your loss. I met Joan when I applied for a position at CSC. She was my first point of contact and I was required to take the standard tests which included typing. And I messed up royally, even though I'd been typing for over 20 years. Joan sat me down, looked me in the eye and said, "Take it again I know you can do this." I did and ended up working for CSC for 30 years. She was a beautiful, kind, loving person.
