Joey Gallagher's Obituary
Joey Gallagher passed away suddenly on June 20, 2018 at his residence in Palmyra. Born in Philadelphia, Joey was 32 years old. Loving son of Joe and Marianne (nee Blair) Gallagher. Devoted brother of Megan and Colleen Gallagher. Cherished uncle of Jack Cullen. Grandson of Bernadette and Karl Wicher, the late William Gallagher, the late Anne and Hugh Blair. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Joey enjoyed spending his time with his family and friends, and he had a passion for working out. He also loved spending his summers at his family’s beach house making memories with his family on his boat and jet skis.
He was an avid Church attendee at Connect, Cherry Hill. In his free time he could be found looking for his next side job, spending more than he should have on his nephew at Five Below, or making someone laugh with his charismatic, witty personality.
He was employed as a foreman/carpenter for Shannon Corporation, Union Local 158.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church Branch Pike and Pomona Road, Cinnaminson. His Funeral Mass will follow at 12 p.m.
Burial will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park.
