John Patrick ?Jack? Carmody passed away suddenly on Friday, August 31, 2012. Born in Philadelphia, raised in the Germantown section, Jack was 80 years old. He was a resident of Palmyra for the last 13 years and was a former resident of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia. He proudly served our country in the US Army during the Korean War. Jack was employed by the Tasty Baking Co. in Philadelphia. Beloved husband of 53 years to France (nee Fiocca) and loving father of Donna Carmody. Jack is the brother of Betty Fagan, Elaine Suskie, Veronica McIntyre, the late Thomas Carmody, Jr., the late Jean M. Bock and the late Joseph Carmody. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jack?s Life Celebration and Viewing Saturday, September 8th, 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North. His Funeral Mass will follow at 11 A.M. at Sacred Heart Church 4th St and Linden Ave. Riverton, NJ. Interment, with military honors, will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
