John A. Cutillo Sr.'s Obituary
John Anthony Cutillo, Sr. passed away on April 20, 2024 at Samaritan Hospice in Voorhees. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Joseph and Mildred (nee Martinicchio) Cutillo, John was 90 years old. He was a lifelong resident of Maple Shade.
John was a business owner and an amazing provider . He had six children and they were his whole world. He was a true hero to each and every one of them. As his family grew first with grandchildren then great grandchildren he could not be happier. He was a strong believer that family was everything and he lived it every single day. John left a wonderful legacy behind with 6 children, 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. John loved traveling with his wife Grace. but his favorite place was always the Jersey and Maryland shores. He spent decades of family vacations at the shore and he couldn’t be happier that his family was ALL together. He enlisted in the US army in 1954, served in the 101st Airborne Division, and was stationed in Germany. John loved his country.
John was the beloved husband of the late Grace J. Cutillo (nee Monte) for 65 years. Loving father of Joseph (Maria), Debbie (Al) Santo, Donna (Craig) Vollmer, Gracie Cutillo, John A. Jr. (Laura Ehly) and Gina (Jeff) Clem. Cherished grandfather of Anthony, Joseph, Al (Danielle), Michael (Ashley), Johnny and Chris, Craig Jr. (Sarah), Brianna (Adam) and Corey, Brett and Kyle, Kierstin and David. Great grandfather of Mackenzie, Lilly, and Kaiden Vollmer, Raelynn and Kinsley Santo, and Mateo and Luca Ramos Santo.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Givnish of Maple Shade 600 East Main Street on Thursday April 25th from 8:30 – 10:30 am. John’s Memorial Mass will follow at 11 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church 236 E. Main Street Maple Shade, NJ. Interment is private.
