John Anthony Damiano's Obituary
John Anthony Damiano, of Maple Shade, formerly of Delran, NJ, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2021. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late James and Amelia Damiano, he was 92 years old.
John was the beloved husband of Marie Damiano; loving father of Damien Damiano and his wife Stacey; grandfather of Autumn Gavigan.
After serving in the United States Army during the Korean War, John went on to receive his Doctorate in Music. He taught in the Palmyra and Washington Township school systems, and at Thomas Edison State College. John also owned his family business, MarLo Music, for over 40 years. John was a professional and talented violinist. He was very accomplished and successful, having played with and for Frank Sinatra and Raquel Welch, among other celebrities. He impressively biked across the country at age 80.
A memorial service for John will be held at a later date.
