HOPKINS, John A. Sr of Palmyra formerly of Moorestown, NJ died peacefully on June 18, 2014, age 89 years. Beloved husband of Helen L. (nee Schick) married for 62 years. Loving father of Karen Dsouza (Cedric), John A Hopkins Jr., Janice Buchanan (Dennis), Marieanne Anderson (late Joseph) and Chris Hopkins. Dear Brother of Esther Wissman. Loving Pop-Pop of Christina, Eric, Shawn, Ian, Michelle, Andrew and Amanda. Great Pop-Pop of Gavin, Madaleine, Kathreine and Liliene.
John was a US Army veteran of WWII and a retired Iron worker with Union 401 in Phila. PA. Relatives and Friends are invited to his Life Celebration Gathering at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North on Tuesday June 24, 2014 from 10:00 till 11:30 a.m. followed by his Funeral Service at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be at New Jersey Veterans Cemetery Arneytown, NJ.
