John "Jack" Cassady's Obituary
John “Jack” Cassady, of Palmyra, formerly of Burlington City, passed away on October 11, 2014 at 77 years old.
Jack was a graduate of Burlington City High School, Class of 1955. He was a past president of the Jaycees, he enjoyed karate, and was an avid golfer. Jack was the owner John Cassady & Son Auto Parts & Salvage Yard, in Beverly.
Jack was the beloved husband of Barbara (nee Hammell) for 58 years. Loving father of Cindy Cicero and Sean (Elaina). The Dear Poppy of Ashley Massa-Carl (Erik), Justine Cassady, Lauren Massa-Myles (Brett), Brianna Cassady, Kaitlynn Creagh, Brandi Creagh, Alycia Cassady, Francis Creagh, Conrad Cicero, and Shane Cassady, and the Great Poppy of Justin Carl, Dameon Carl, and Colton Clauser.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jack’s life celebration & memorial visitation on Friday, October 17, from 10 am-11 am at Resurrection Parish, St. Casimirs site, 502 New Jersey Ave., Riverside. His Memorial Mass will begin at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack’s name may be made to Cooper Hospital Foundation, Trauma Center/ICU, 200 Federal St., Suite 146, Camden, NJ 08103.
