John Joseph McCleary's Obituary
John Joseph McCleary “Jack” of Delran, NJ, and former resident of Philadelphia, passed away on May 5, 2017 after a prolonged illness. He was 86 years old.
John was the beloved husband of the late Rose McCleary. Loving father of Michael McCleary (Stephanie), Karen Gasser (Al), Brian McCleary (Trish). Jack was a beloved Grandfather of Michael McCleary, Donald Wilson Jr, Kevin McCleary , Shawn McCleary, Kyle Wilson and Great Grandfather to Braeden Wilson, George Wilson, Selene McCleary, and Ronin McCleary.
Jack was also a dear brother to Joan McGrath, Bob McCleary, Bill McCleary (Deceased) Delores Van Osten (Deceased), Marian Sternberger (Deceased).
Jack was an electrician by trade who enjoyed bowling, fishing, horseshoes and spending time with his family. He was a loving, kind and gentle man.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend John’s life celebration gathering at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 N., on Friday May 19th from 10:30 am – 1:30 pm. His prayer service will begin at 1:30 pm, followed by interment in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ, with a luncheon for family and friends to follow.
