John Morris of Cinnaminson, NJ, age 53 was called home by the Lord on January 19, 2016. Born in Philadelphia, Pa on February 24, 1962. He was a retired police officer and detective from Haverford Twp, PA. John was employed at Simmons as Director of Operations at the Pennsauken facility. John was predeceased by John K. Morris and Nancy (nee Hasselberg) Morris. Survived by his loving wife Shannon (Gelesh) Morris, daughters Jacqueline Morris, Nicole (Blake) Toombs, Grayce Morris, and Olyvia Morris. Pop-pop to Jacob Toombs from Anchorage, AK. Brother of Tracy Morris and Marie (David) Brandt. Son-in-law of Dennis Gelesh, Sr. and Linda (nee Weakland) Gelesh.
Brother-in-law of Dennis (Nicole) Gelesh Jr. and Heather (Christopher) McAllister. Uncle of Jennifer Sachs, Kristin Flentke, Jimmy Sliman, Amber Gelesh and Josh Gelesh, Kimberly McAllister, Mathew McAllister and Rachael McAllister.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend John’s Life Celebration on Tuesday from 9- 11 a.m. at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North. His Memorial Service will follow 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his children at Dennis Gelesh PO BOX 133 Deepwater, NJ 08023.
