John Francis Schipani's Obituary
John Francis Schipani, of Wildwood, NJ formerly of Cinnaminson, NJ, passed away peacefully in his home with his family by his side on April 16, 2021. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Joseph and Anne Schipani (nee O’Donnell). He was 64 years old. John was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 500 for 35 years. He loved his dog, Joey who was often by his side and enjoyed cooking family recipes.
John was the beloved husband of Joanne (nee Kelly) for forty years. He was a loving brother to Steve Schipani (late Teresa), Rosanne Schipani (Rich Manjoney), and late Joe Schipani (Cindy Adams). Dear Brother-In-Law of John Kelley (Joy), Thomas Kelley (Donna), Donald Kelley (Donna), and late Billy Kelley. Cherished Uncle John/“Uncle Chimp” to many nieces and nephews. John is also survived by many cousins and extended family, his dear friend Fritz, and many friends who will miss his dry sense of humor and wit.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 Main East St on Saturday April 24th from 9:30-11am. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson NJ. The family appreciates the compassionate care John received from Dr. Moshe Chasky and his wonderful team for the past 13 years.
