John R. Scott's Obituary
John R. Scott died peacefully on January 9. 2018 at home. Born in Philadelphia, John was 91 years old. He was a resident of Delran for the last 60 years.
Beloved husband 67 years to Joan P. (nee Long). Father of the late Mary Anne (Tom) Mazanec, Joan (the late Marshall) Johnson, the late John (Karen) Scott, Ellen (Donald) Jones, William (Crystal) Scott and Jennie (Philip) Bonafiglia. Grandfather of MJ, Lexy, Matt, Michael, Theresa, Kevin, Eric, Nicole, Jessica, Fuzzy, Christopher, Aubrey, Mihaela, Philip, Drew and Chris. Great grandfather of Dash & Maddie, Harper & Lucy, Millie & Marshall. Brother of the late Anita Duke.
John proudly served for the US Navy during WWII. He was employed as an engineer for RCA/GE from 1950 to 1991.
Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
