Skoviak, John H. “Jack” passed away peacefully on August 16th with his family by his side. He was 68. Jack was the loving husband of Susan Skoviak (nee Traver) for 45 years. Beloved father to John M. Skoviak III and Michelle Myer Read Obituary
Jack was a fierce volleyball player on the sand court and the volleyball/tennis court at Tenby Chase Swim Club. Those were great Saturday and Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings. Sincere condolences to Sue and the family.

There are so many memories we have of the times we spent with Jack & Sue. From our time in Delran to Cinnaminson. Trips to the Outer Banks and Florida. The Skoviak swim club. The porch club. Jack dressing up for Halloween and scaring the kids. More beer. Bijou spending as much time at your house as ours. You were such a big part of our lives it's hard to believe Jack is gone. We will cherish the memories and when our family is with Sue we will know Jack is watching.

Sue - there are so many memories of times together with you and Jack - fun times in North Carolina, holidays, marriages, births. Sad times when dad and Doug passed - all part of the fabric of a family. I will miss Jack's smile and his zest for life .Everything was possible to Jack. Carol and I continue to cherish our relationship with you and Sue. We'll miss those Monday "pot luck" nights at the pool, Tuesday night eat-at-home Leone pizza nights, going to the Philharmonic for a "50's night" or seeing Leno in person, overindulging in the fish fry at Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club, watching Jeopardy, sitting on pool lounge chairs reading the latest spy novels and holding court in waist high water where we discussed sports, critiqued restaurants and debated politics.

Sue, so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I remember the good times at Tenby Chase Swim Club and all the volleyball games. Jack was a real competitor. We served together on the Board of Directors there for many years. He was a great president of the club. I appreciated all the help he gave me in the Record Booth at the Saint Charles carnival.
