John Joseph Surina Sr.'s Obituary
John Joseph Surina, Sr., of Cinnaminson, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2014. He was 91 years old.
John was the beloved husband of Elaine (nee Lynch) for 61 years. Loving father of Pat, Cathy, Jay (Irena), Steve, and Janice Salerno (Chris). Dear Poppy to 11 grandchildren, and brother to Ann Kronner.
John received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse, and he continued his education with a lot of post graduate work. He worked for RCA/GE in Moorestown.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend John’s life celebration and visitation at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Rte. 130, on Monday April 7th from 9 – 10 am. His funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 am at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Branch Pike and Pomona Rd., Cinnaminson. Interment will follow in the NJ Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Rd., Wrightstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s name may be made to St. Charles Borromeo, 2226 Riverton Rd. Cinnaminson, NJ, 08077.
