John Joseph Wondoloski's Obituary
John J. Wondoloski, of Maple Shade, NJ, passed away unexpectedly February 7, 2023. Born in Mount Holly, NJ to the late Joseph and Anna (nee Lynch) Wondoloski, he was 70 years old.
John grew up in Moorestown, loved Philly sports, and played sports in his youth. He worked many years in the nursery business and was the go-to guy for all things that grow. In his later years he sold fencing for Audubon Fence and loved working with the staff and customers. His amiable nature rendered him a perfect fit.
John loved to travel, and visited many national parks with a goal to visit all 50 states. One of John’s favorite destinations was Key West, FL. The island theme was reflected in his personal style. But above all, he treasured the bond he shared with his grandson.
John is survived by his wife of 48 years, Linda (nee Miller); his daughter Megan O’Shaughnessy (Collin); grandchildren Matthew O’Shaughnessy and Kylie Wondoloski; sisters Diane Ware (Chris) and Maryanne Franklin; and daughter-in-law Shelly Wondoloski and her son, Jarred.
John was predeceased by his brother, Joseph Wondoloski, and his son, Eric Wondoloski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and longtime friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 East Main Street, on Monday February 13th from 10 – 11 am. A service will begin at 11 am. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in John’s name may be made to Burlington County Animal Alliance https://bcaaofnj.org/
