Jorge Galarza's Obituary
Jorge Galarza passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021, in Virtua Hospital in Willingboro. He was born in Quito, Ecuador but raised in Guayaquil to parents Jorge Galarza and Aida Silva. He passed away at 64.
Before meeting his wife of 36 years in Philadelphia he traveled and lived in France, Columbia, and Mexico before making a home with his family in Willingboro, NJ. Truck driving helped him in reaching his dreams and providing for his family. He loved life and cherished every minute of it. His interests included going to the beach, barbecues, music, martial art movies, spending time outdoors, good food, and quality family time.
Jorge continued to love his home country and visited frequently in the past few years. He enjoyed adventures and did not let his age get in the way of it. He proved this paragliding at the age of 60. With his loving wife Luz, he would explore and create long-lasting memories with her.
He is survived by his wife Luz, his 3 children Tammy, Kachira (Kenneth), Jorge (Xiomara), 4 grandchildren Jorge, Sebastian, Mia, Zachary, and pet dog Bella.
